Copyright Infringement Notice

Ruby Health (“Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512, Ruby Health has adopted the following policy for handling claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification containing the information outlined below.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

Your DMCA notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location on rubyhealth.net where the material appears.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may delay processing.

Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Once a valid DMCA notice is received, Ruby Health may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content provider or user of the removal
  • Terminate access for repeat copyright infringers, when appropriate

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant

If a valid counter-notice is received, Ruby Health may forward it to the original complaining party. Unless legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, the removed content may be restored at Ruby Health’s discretion.

Repeat Infringers

Ruby Health reserves the right to terminate user access for individuals or entities found to be repeat copyright infringers.

Standard Technical Measures

Ruby Health accommodates standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted content and does not interfere with such measures when reasonably applied.
